I am passionate about helping people find freedom within their bodies. I believe everyone should enjoy the gift of health as they walk upon this earth, and it is my passion and purpose, and honor to work with individuals to help them obtain this supreme gift.

I have had the amazing gift of growing up 4th generation in this beautiful state of Colorado. I attended Western State University for my undergrad and Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine for my Masters of TCM.  I am so excited to be apart of this brilliant North Fork Valley community.
